Main Description

During the As-Is Analysis of the Business Processes there will be alternative changes or options that improve the proces model in the direction that the client wants to go. The purpose of this activity is to define improvement options in addition to options already defined by the client in the Focus and Direction. These potential change options must also meet the objectives.

Note that these opportunities are in addition to what the client has defined as potential change options.
